A modified House Bill 2030 passed out of the Senate Ag Committee late yesterday afternoon. The modification changes the bill to a “study bill”(officially called Section 1) which makes it a study conducted by VDACS.
The bill needs to be voted on by the full Senate and it needs to be acted on again by the House since the Senate has changed the bill sent to them by the House.
