COVID-19 Precautions
Here is a partial list of steps we are taking to ensure your safety (note – these policies were established late November, before the later COVID measures taken by the Governor. We will comply with the latest regulations):
– Keeping the total attendance below 250 is critical. Greater numbers make it very difficult, if not impossible, to maintain social distancing. We only have room for 250 attendees.
The Tuesday social and other meals will not be self-serve
Masks will be required
– We will be able to make last minute changes to increase the safety of attendees.
– Finally, the host hotel (35th Street Sheraton) has hosted numerous safe events over the past six months. They have experience conducting business during the pandemic

We are partnering with the City of Virginia Beach to plant 6,000 grass plants on an oceanfront dune! Lawns and Gardens Plus is sponsoring the plants! Check back soon for other sponsorship options. All donations for the dune planting project are 100% tax free.
