This class is 100% on-line, is free, and is only available to VTC members.
Description of program — Available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week/ 365 days of the year.
The course has eight lessons: Except for the video lessons, each one consists of several topics and at the end of each lesson or topic is a quiz that must be taken and passed before proceeding. The lessons must be taken sequentially.

You are at this page because you have already registered for the class and have been sent the required login information. The course consists of eight lessons, each taking about 30 minutes to complete. All lessons must be completed within 60 days of us sending you the registration information.
Upon successfully completing the course, a certificate of completion be sent to VDACS. A copy will be emailed to you.

Below is a picture of a newly installed landscape. It was taken at a Virginia hotel. Mistakes in design and plant selection abound. Pesticide Applicators tasked with maintaining such areas must take care to prevent environmental and plant damage caused by inappropriate applications.
Remember, you can’t fix unworkable designs and installations. But make sure you do not misapply pesticides when maintaining such areas.
