Virginia Tech’s Hampton Roads Agricultural Research and Extension Center in Virginia Beach has offered to host a Covid vaccine clinic for the turf, nursery, and landscape industries.
We need a sufficient number of individuals interested in receiving the vaccine to be able to schedule this with Virginia Beach health services.
Please email Jeffrey Derr, Center Director, at jderr@vt.edu , by October 15 with the number from your organization that would like to receive a vaccine at the station. If there is sufficient interest, I will schedule a day during the week for a clinic.
