The Country Club of Virginia is looking for a talented Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with Director of Golf and Grounds Maintenance, Course Superintendent, and other managers to ensure member expectations are met daily. The individual will be expected to contribute to planning, executing projects, budgeting, implementing cultural practices, moisture management, pesticide applications, and managing a staff of 16-24 in season. Our goal at CCV is to provide an environment conducive to learning, while providing work-life balance. CCV has a history of promoting from within; our three current Superintendents began as Assistant Superintendents.
